Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We design with keyboard navigation, screen readers, color contrast and reduced motion in mind.
Accessibility tools on this site
Use the accessibility button in the corner of every page to:
- Increase or decrease text size.
- Switch to high contrast or dark reading mode.
- Underline links, use a more readable font and increase text spacing.
- Pause animations, switch to grayscale and enlarge the cursor.
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, may not be fully accessible. We are working with providers to improve this.
Accessible moving services
If you need adjustments on move day, tell your coordinator at the survey. We can arrange written rather than verbal instruction, a slower pace with additional breaks, a single named point of contact for the whole day, or advance written confirmation of every charge so nothing has to be discussed at the door.
