How this one works
Office moves are judged on one number: how many hours your staff cannot work. We plan backwards from the moment your team walks in on Monday. Desks are numbered, cables are bagged to the seat, and the IT rack is the first thing off the truck and the first thing back online.

Step by step
What happens, in order

Walkthrough and plan
We measure both floors, count workstations, and agree the sequence with your facilities and IT leads in one meeting.

Crates and tagging
Crates land a week early with labels already printed. Staff pack their own desks in under 30 minutes each.
- 03
Friday evening lift
We start after the last person leaves. Racks come down last at the old site and go up first at the new one.
- 04
Sunday buffer
A deliberate spare day. We use it for snagging, cable dressing and the six things nobody thought of.

For most offices under 60 desks, yes. We load Friday evening and place Saturday, which leaves Sunday as a buffer.
We handle the physical move, padding and transport in an air-ride van. Decommissioning and recommissioning is done by your IT team or ours in parallel, never by movers alone.
We do, naming your building manager and the new landlord. Send us the wording your building requires and allow three business days.
We sort it into resale, donation and disposal, and give you the weight tickets for anything that goes to the landfill.

We hold two crews back every weekday for same-day and next-day work. Call before 11:00 am and there is a good chance we can be at your door by two.
Same-day slots are first come, first served and depend on the board.
